Have you ever expected an e-mail, been told that it's been sent, but you never
got it? Your ISP could be using a filtering system to try to keep you from
being spammed.
To get spammed is to receive unsolicited junk mail from advertisers and
although your ISP is doing you a great service (because who wants junk mail),
they may also be preventing you from receiving the mail that you want.
To ensure that you receive Intrigue's e-mails, please add us to the list of
senders that you trust. Here's how:
AOL: Add the domain how-do-you-do.com to your Address Book.
Hotmail: Add how-do-you-do.com to your "Safe List". To access
the safe list, left-click on the <Options> link next to the main menu
tabs with your left mouse button.
Yahoo! Mail: Intrigue's mail could be sent to your 'bulk' folder. If it is,
open the message and click on the <this is not SPAM> link next to the
"From" field. The from address should read, in.optinpro.com .
Other software filters: You might need to search this software's help files to
find out how to 'whitelist' Intrigue's how-do-you-do.com domain
name and/or the in.optinpro.com 'from' address.
Other ISPs: Try adding in.optinpro.com into the "From" section
of your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try
moving the message to your "inbox" or forwarding the message to yourself.
If e-mail from Intrigue Learning continues to be blocked or filtered, contact
your ISP's technical support and ask them how you can receive all the e-mail
being sent to you from in-optinpro.com.
